SHOW LEASE
A Show Lease allows you to use the horse for 2 events per month. On the weekends you do not use an event, you can come do a lease ride outside of the peak hours of the stable.
Cost: 1/3rd of the value of the horse plus half the monthly expenses (this is industry standard for a lease)
Generally about $450/mo total for ponies and $550/mo total for horses
Must have own saddle (school saddles are used on multiple horses and might not be available for a full weekend).
Minimum 12Â month commitment.
RECREATIONAL LEASE
Once per week $215/mo
Twice per week $350/mo
Three times per week $450/mo

Available only outside of peak lesson times.
Youth riders must have a parent who is a very experienced rider and good teacher
