SHOW TEAM
Make Friends and Show Off What You Have Learned
We have the most amazing group of riders for our show team. We feel genuinely lucky! Our show team currently consists of about 15 riders ages 8 and up.

Show Schedule: We do 1-2 events per month year-around. Riders are not required to participate in every event.
Our lesson horses are available to show team riders for use at a show based on level of commitment. Riders riding twice a week year-around and helping out at the barn occasionally are given preference. Students must be riding minimum twice a week to compete safely in canter or jump classes at shows.

2022 CALENDAR
Horse show dates often shift by one weekend. Make sure to confirm with your trainer before making reservations or telling family set dates. If there are more than 2 events in a month, we may choose to prioritize and not attend all of the events.

SAVING UP
A good starting place is to budget $530/mo for lessons and $3000/year for horse show related expenses.
There are tons of opportunities for riders to have fun together spending little to no extra money. If riders are looking for a little adventure off the property, they can go horse camping, do a trail ride somewhere local, or use the jumps etc at another facility. We can also arrange gaming days and potlucks at our farm. An important thing to note is that, for safety reasons, these adventures are only available to riders who are lessoning twice a week.
ENTRY FEES & SHOW LOCATIONS
In addition to entry fees, riders are responsible for coaching fees of $35/day, horse use fee of $50/day (unless they own or lease), and hauling at $2.55/mile (split among all riders participating)
